The Earth Is Round...Right...

I thought it was, but I could swear my mom had fallen off the edge. She has not even turned on the computer in what feels like months. She has been very busy working this summer before she returns to school next month. I have been basically bored being home all this time. Angel is not much of a play mate, but she still tries to chase me around the house.

Yeah, we still live in pee and squalor. Mom added yet ANOTHER litter box, so that makes 5 boxes for 2 damn cats. My toilet behavior remains impeccable and I do not have to share with the cowcat.

I met a new friend on the deck. A little shrew has been visiting and eating the seeds that the birds drop. Mom has tried to snap a photo but he just runs screeching away when she opens the door. He yells and screeches at me when I try to touch and smell him too.

Since my life is a borefest, I do not have much to share. Mom finally was able to turn off the A/C and we once again have fresh air circulating in the house. I am once again planted in my window listening and smelling the world pass me by.

If I act pitiful enough, maybe mom will let me go spend some time outside at grandma and grandpas house. That would put some excitement into my mundane life...
